Yep, I have just accepted it as part of the game.
Yes! Definitely happening to me this week so far! Very annoying! And not just when I turn in quests, but right when I complete a daily in Legion content as well, and sometimes when I loot.
Lol maintenance tomorrow already, i hope its for the lag issue XD.
