I have not turned off addons and the errors seem to be fading away this morning.
Which makes sense that addons have nothing to do with Blizzard_MoneyFrame (a part of the base game) and not an addon.
Blizzard’s UI has always thrown errors. It is why I started using the addon Bug Sack a long time ago. Luckily it still works in 12.0.

Some people had success turning off server cvar sync then deleting their wtf folder (which gets rid of all their settings and I wasn’t willing to try that).
I instead tried doing the following:
turning off server sync of cvars:
/console synchronizeConfig 0
Then wiping all cvars setting them to defaults (which changes a bunch of settings like autoloot, what action bars are shown, sound in background etc which I’m slowly changing some things back as I notice them)
/console cvar_default
then reloading the UI
/reload
It seemed to get rid of the errors at least briefly. I don’t expect it to work permanently since I saw some comments from people who did the other thing that said they eventually came back.
edit: it re-broke after completing a delve and looting the chests at the end, though usually it would start happening during the delve from looting mobs, so I guess it somehow did fix something briefly and something re-broke it. No closer to finding out the specific cause though.
