I’ve cycled through Fyrakk’s champion a few times now, but there’s no sign of that weekly item dropping.

I only tried once, figured it would be like the elite world quests that were bugged for me last week in the cavern.
Super lame stuff. Never got credit for those, either.

Nope. I did get a 415 epic ring from killing the disciple, though.
From making the 3 keys at the forge and opening the weekly chest that’s in the area?
Got a 405 piece of gear and various currencies and rep.
Nope, there’s supposed to be a weekly reward for completing the event, like your Grand Hunt Spoils and so on. Hover over the icon on your map.

I went there three times yesterday, got credit for the weekly quest, did everything there is to do there, but I got no bag.

Multiple characters completed the assault, none of them got it.
The world quest one that fades in and out? I had to leave the area and come back. Then it completed and gave me the bag.
I did the world quest. And all the regular quests. And opened the three key chest.
No Draconic Treasures, though.

Iv only done it on an alt because it happened to be up when I got there, but I did get some pants from it
the chest that needs the keys that is /was supposed to be bonus loot

Did you kill the main major boss that Fyrakk drops?
Twice on this character. Several other times on other characters.
Perhaps that treasure is just a fancy way of saying “boss drops loot”?

Well, this is the most updated information on the assaults and it doesn’t mention any separate bag like that. So I’m not sure what’s up.
Went back today and the the bosses were spawning and I got the reward and the event is no longer on the map.
I was able to complete it yesterday; took a while because of the despawning clickables and general chaos.
I got a nice shield… for my Fury warrior.

I literally linked the in-game indicator that I’m talking about.
I had the very exact question. I did all the quests given in the hub, completed the world quest, killed rares, mini boss (djardin), event boss (dragon) and also opened the chest with three everburning keys. And yet, the world map says “Draconic treasures” as a reward being available. So, I checked in Wowhead if there is an item with that name, and I didn’t find one. I have no idea what to make of this. And I still do not know if I completed the weekly event or not.
