I play to RP so it really doesn’t matter – but I am going to attempt it. Just for fun that is.
No, but you can pull a truck load of threat with mind blast. Not sure how you would handle Aoe threat outside of getting bombs/dynamite

should i put some points into shadow spec? Or is Mind Blast included without it?
You get mind blast at a certain level, shadow has talents to drop the cd on it. But your issue is pulling a pack of 3 and holding threat
