For as much as I hate the story point, there’s no denying how good the wall papers are from Blizzard. But no, currently my background is a moving version of the stunning Shadowlands duality picture that I 100% want a proper print for. It’s easily one of my absolute favorite visuals/art concepts for this game. Simple pleasures, but when I first saw this at the end of the trailer, it definitely caught my attention.

Even better with the full base. The contrast is stunning, haha. Blizzard might struggle in many, many, many aspects, but the art team continues to deliver. I’m learning a lot of color theory from going back through all of their stuff.

I used to use some of the concept art wallpapers that Blizz has on the main WoW site ages ago, but had to take those out of my wallpaper rotation when I got a 27" screen because they capped out at 1600x1200 or so which doesn’t work so nicely on 2560x1440.

These days the only WoW-related wallpaper I use regularly is an amazing art piece by Connor Sheehan:
