Anyone elses Battlenet client offering lunar gifts for wrong zone?

It was auto given to me due to 12 month sub, but being given again under gifts for regions I dont play in.

Cannot claim as America is NOT an option. Only Europe (EU), Korea (KR), and Taiwan (TW) are listed in the drop-down menu.

UPDATE: The mount was in an in-game gift box without needing to be claimed from the launcher gift.

Same. I am US and can only claim World of Warcraft®: Timbered Sky Snake Mount & Timbered Air Snakelet Pet for EU/KR/TW.

I haven’t seen this, and I also got my mount immediately on first NA login after maintenance today. Seems like a bug, and eligible people who are seeing this should still have the mount on NA regardless; major issue if not. I didn’t have to claim anything.

EDIT: Well, the incorrect region item just showed up on my Battle.net within the last 10 minutes since that’s how long I had the WoW client open.

idk if i gotta relog to see it in game but mine showed up as america with none of the others showing in the list. i claimed it without a problem. im kinda worried now after seeing this post though

Same for me…can only claim EU/KR/TW. Hopefully they fix soon

I got the reward just by logging in, then I got the gift claim for different regions. So check your mount tab in-game to see if the mount is there waiting to be unwrapped.

I haven’t received mine at all, my boyfriend on the other hand, received it as soon he logged in.

If you have it available to claim in other regions, just login to the game and you should already have it.

I had it available to claim in other regions, but upon logging in, I had the mount available to unwrap in my mount collection.

No NA option, but like others have also said, it is already in your collection.

Check collection tab ingame yall

update; I updated my battlenet client and it showed the gift box and it had the items in there.

I did get the mount when I logged in but still didn’t get the Timbered Air Snakelet pet. Anyone else?

though on login I got the mount without picking a region to accept the gift, but I didnt get the pet
