I’ll take just the ability to transmog it but I really like the 1h weapons on a dual wield character.

Same here, it worked fine before. Was great to have for PvP but ever since Legion, they forced 2h dual wielding down our throats. I mean, I’m glad we can still do that but where’s our choice in that? Frost DK can now go back to using 2h weapons but Fury needs their 1h…

Hopefully every Fury Warrior in Alpha tells Blizzard on full blast we want 1 handers back on them.

I didn’t expect them to open up any of the same-spec weapon choices but since they are I’m not entirely sure why they’re not doing it for all of them. I wouldn’t think that TG/SMF would be any harder to attempt to balance than DW/2H Frost, BM, or WW will be.
The only thing I can think of is that they figure it’s too similar since you’re still DWing either way.

I mean warriors can use any weapon and it’s not like fury needs to be 2h dual wield only.
Add in the 1h dual wield again and make the stats for Fury adjust or something.

why do you like that? do also you like 2H on dual wielders?
I like the smaller weapons mostly. 2h weapons in each hand are ridiculously large.
I have these current axes on my character and they’re pretty good. So… Guess yeah I like the 2h dual wield too.
Just want the option. (honestly think Arms should have the option too.)

2h Fury is fine and good and all, but Dual Wielding is inherently about speed and agility and fast-attacking 1h weapons capture this far better than the slow, massive greatswords, warmauls, and battle axes that make up most 2h options.

Like op is saying, 2 2h feels ridiculous and silly to me personally. I dont mind it existing but I think single minded fury fits me better. Maybe I’d play fury warrior again.

Bring back SMF! I hate Titan’s Grip, it has never looked good because you are using 1h animations to swing a 2h. Plus it doesn’t make sense and takes away the 2h theme from Arms but does it even better since they have 2.

Fury with the dual wield ironing boards looks so silly that I’ve avoided the spec entirely even though it’s the better performing spec compared to arms in many circumstances.

SMF was the single greatest spec in the game. With enough haste, you literally played at 4g speed back when 2g was normal.

I loved it! It felt like you were a meat blender shredding everything to bits.
TBC fury was my favorite with old Rampage that kept ramping up your damage and speed every time you crit. I especially loved playing a dagger fury warrior, though there wasn’t much in the way of itemization for it, but you could use it a bit while leveling with green daggers that had strength on them. Really fun way to play it, but totally pulled aggro to you every time lol.
