Anyone else unable to enter the old Horrific Vision?

I’m in the Chamber of Heart and clicking yes on “Enter the Horrific Vision of Stormwind?” does nothing. I got several Vessels of Horrific Visions in my bags.

Old. I got it working on an alt with the cloak on, but I’ll keep trying to figure out why my main can’t enter.
