Ive farmed 5 mounts today so Im familiar with how to get mounts as quickly as possible, got a couple first or second attempt today and others at 8, 14 and 15 attempts, but then I moved on to the gloomchargers reins in Sanctum of Domination that drops off the 3rd boss The Nine, this mount drops off ANY difficulty including LFR that you can solo que for in Oribos, Ive run it with about 20 alts in 3 of the difficultys so about 60 attempts so far today alone not including the 60 ish I did back in the day.
The reason I think it might not have been buffed is because unlike other mounts that have a drop chance, the Gloomchargers reins are personal loot and get put in your inventory if you win the secret roll as soon as the boss dies, before you go to loot her. So being a different type of drop Im seriously worried they didnt buff it and Im wasting my time.
So my question to you my fellow mount farmers is… Has anyone had any success farming the Gloomchargers reins today in Sanctum? And if so how many attempts did it take?
