Why can’t people just accept that the reason they are low rated isn’t because of game balance but rather their own player skill.
This mentality of “It’s the game not being balanced rather than me being terrible” has been the reason why WoW PvP has gone downhill over the years.
The best players seem to be having a great time. Why don’t people just at least try to get better instead of always complaining.

I can name a dozen of the top playing streamers off the top of my head that are complaining about the current state of the game. The only positive thing I generally hear is that at least it’s better than BFA.
Having said that, pally representation is at 20% of the top, whereas DH is at 1%. People are rerolling classes and doing better with them not because they magically got better, but because there are clear imbalances.
Do you have any videos of them complaining Jeck or is this just random post saying “I remember when Cdew got gimped in that one game and he complained before he queued up straight away”?
Pika complains a lot and he’s having a hard time in even lower ratings as a #1 sub. Can’t take anything a pally streamer would complain about seriously atm anyways.
The next time it happens I’ll clip it for you. But tons of top players (Hydramist, Pikabooirl, etc) have complained about the state of the game, especially when someone gets a lucky string of burst crits and instantly ends the game without counter.
People’s low rating doesn’t = things being imbalanced…PvP went down hill after MoP because in WoD they “pruned=gutted” the counter play out of almost every class and spec to dumb down the arena for the actual bad players…they can W key to victory. Remember back in the day when you wanted to disprove peoples arguments and you did your own analytics and research instead of asking them to cite source that information and hand it to you on a platter? What are you an attorney? You have full disclosure in effect?
Edit: I’m sure a lot of people complaining aren’t low rated…but skill in arena isn’t necessary to know someone is broken. Also…these top players that are ALL having a great time…you know this from what Stream/YT? You realize in part being a social personality CAN be an act…who wants to watch a negative nancy? Would it make you feel good watching someone complain for an hour? Also…I’m sure if I was making money playing WoW I’d be a lot happier dealing with broken specs/classes in PvP but that’s only what 1 in 1000? 1 in 10,000?

Hm well yes cc and disorient timers were cracked. But aside from that classes all had stronger weaknesses and strengths
I think a lot of people are tired of how many classes are balanced. Need a lot of reworks because of the number that are either meh or straight up broken based solely on having their damage or healing tweaked. Would like it if the game lent itself more towards skill and game knowledge over who can cheese the other fastest.

There isn’t actually that much broken stuff at the moment. It’s all pretty healthy. Game is in a great spot atm if you look at how many specs/classes are rank 1/glad viable.
Idk man basically all of asmongolds streams are him complaining about the game and he gets anywhere from 10-40k viewers regularly lmao
The real problem with this (and i’m not saying I agree, but its here) is that many many players are scared/nervous that if these specs get tuned down even a little bit then we’re looking at heavy dampening matches all expac.
I do believe that a few things need tweaking, sure. And yea I still lose to cheese quite a bit as well. But i try to learn from it (bad positioning, incorrect mobility trades, failure to peel/cc etc.)
Thats the biggest issue I have, when you can’t counter something, it doesnt feel like a game of skill
There have definitely been worse times in terms of balance, much worse. But having said that, are we to just settle for the current state of the game because technically you can get to the top in 3’s using almost any spec when playing with the best players, the best gear and the best specs? There have been other expansions where this was also possible, a bunch of them, and it still would have been better if balance was in a better place. Why settle?

Yea…but there’s a difference between just negative and being toxic and being negative trolling/jokingly as part of an act…also he talks about ALL thinks outside of wow as well…whether it be news headlines, politics, etc and by and large his chat is extremely troll def not everyone’s cup of tea hence why he is so polarized. He’s a love him or hate him type of guy. There’s also an adage that goes something along the lines of…“misery loves company.” Take crusader for an example…5min of that guy’s stream and I’m ready to knock him out cold…I can’t even watch anyone he plays with if they don’t have him muted.
