Anyone else notice Legacy of Tyr won't pop for solo DPS?

I swap to ANY other 60 on any other server I have, as a dps, queue for Legacy of Tyr, and it pops within about 3 to 4 minutes.

I go back to this feral on Proudmore, queue, and it stays queued and WILL stay in queue for over an hour or more.

Blizz, ya’ll need to take a look at this. Something is wrong.

Yes. It’s happened to me a bunch of times which is not a big deal on a warrior who can just get an instant pop queue as a tank but it’s very annoying for my rogue.
