I love the warband bank. Gave myself a small heart attack with it last night though.
I bought the 2nd tab and then right-clicked years worth of pet battle stones and charms from my bags and all the items vanished.
Turns out all the items go into the main tab regardless of which tab you have open.
Hope that gets fixed 
You need to assign what goes to each tab.

When I get a BOA I just send it to the most appropriate char as I always did with BOEs.
Beats having my crap deleted.
Warbands is just another disappointment with the xpac that doesn’t live up to the minimal hype content creators were paid to generate.

I use it mostly for herbs. I have an enchanter, alchemist and inscriber and they can use the mats straight from the warbank. It’s super convenient. I also dump all my pet training stones and charms in there.
It would be nice if it opened by default.
I have my piles of warband gear in there. But it’s functionality is broken until next patch when you can craft everything from it.
Gold no, not much anyway. I feel like there are still some gaps in terms of being able to automatically use those reagents for quests and work orders, so I still keep a lot in my individual reagent banks.
Yes, I click and drag what I want in the 2nd tab unless it’s stacking, then it just goes.
I use it for the random BOA gear I don’t care about. I don’t trust it with gold.
You can craft from it now.
I do have some issues with items that were put in before my jewelcrafter started leveling. Some of her items won’t transfer unless she got them herself. Hope that gets fixed.
No problems for me. So very convenient and useful. Can’t believe we finally got something so functional. This alone will keep me playing for awhile. Worth every copper.
It works fine for now, yeah. But depending on how it was built, eventually if the code gets old enough it could be susceptible to issues down the road if Blizz ever makes changes to it. Even if the causes were known, I won’t blame folks for losing trust in WoW’s banking systems after the AAA game studio lost player data and told those players that they’d just have to suck it up.

I thought the item wipe happened in guild banks only.
Where did you see that this has happened in warband banks?
It’s more the notion that since it’s now happened once, it could happen again. It’s a different system, but it’s still handled by the same dev team. And the fact of the matter is that they didn’t have processes in place to protect player data, despite being one of the best-positioned dev teams in the industry to do so.
There were early issues with the warbank where people couldnt see items in their banks. It turned out to be an odd visual issue that Blizzard appears to have fixed, but it was very disturbing at first because the warbanks and their very expensive tab features were such a big thing at the time. People may recall that we were unable to even use the warbank for I think a couple of weeks at least until they fixed it.
The fact that issues happened at all was potentially disturbing for a lot of players.
I use my personal guild bank for gold. Everything else in the Warbank. Would put my gold in there if I could draw for repairs.

Oh, absolutely. The lesson here really is, if they announce any changes to warband banks, guild banks, or even void storage, withdraw your stuff immediately.
havent had an issue with it, I have a full tab of crafting resources and another full of gear and tier tokens for alts.
Basically this. I’ve used the warbank several times to buy mogs and pets far cheaper than I otherwise would have had to on my local server. Someone selling a pet for 100k? Chances are you can get it from a different server for a lot less.
Well it doesn’t work for me and there’s specific patch notes about fixing it.
