Brann can get xp from 28 bountiful delves a week, since that’s the most one character is able to do. Bliz didn’t want people with alts rocketing ahead. 28 a week is still a huge number though.

Have you done 28 or more delves this week across all characters? Remember his xp is warbound.

It’s not arbitrary though, it’s not well signposted but it is otherwise an extremely obvious number choice. People with alts don’t rocket ahead of people without alts, that’s been how warbound currency works across all of TWW. You can’t log over to another character and get 1500 more rep from the world events either.
Its still broken. My Brann is 15 and getting no xp from bountiful delves. And I have not done 28 delves.

They introduced a bug in the last couple of days that affects all in NPCs in delves, randomly at different times.
It’s rare, but it does exist. I’ve been seeing this bug once out of every three or four delve runs.
They basically run in a straight line towards some mystical destination and then get hung up in the wall geometry at some point.
I even had this happen to a mob I was fighting and they just ignored me and kept trying to run into a wall, and I killed it from behind without it attacking me back.
The worst part of all this is once you get him to lvl 15 only your level 80 toons doing a Bountiful delve give him exp. Kinda makes doing delves on any under 80 alts pointless…
I was able to do bountiful 7’s on two characters that had an item level of around 510 (Affliction Warlock and Beastmaster Hunter). You have to do at least a tier 4 bountiful to earn experience on Brann after he reaches level 15 unless it has changed now to be higher.
Ranged classes that have a pet that can tank definitely have an easier time over melee and I have found in my personal setup I can usually only run with Brann set to healer. The only thing I know why people stress tier 8 is that’s the max bountiful and Great Vault level of loot you can receive. If I read it correctly, whatever two delves you do, it takes the lower one so if you ran two 8s your GV would be an 8 but if you did an 8 and a 7 it would reward a 7.
So far, I can only do Bountiful 7’s, and it has to be Earth crawler mines with the Flamethrower Torch. Brann doesn’t always gain a level with each attempt, but he’s been gaining. I don’t have the gear or ability with my hand issue to do 8’s and I don’t see a reason to try anything higher than an 8 atm.
I’ve tried and was also told in forums to let people know that I have a handicap to limit the “get gud” comments. Most people say thanks for letting me know but don’t invite, look at your gear score and say nope or just don’t respond. I refuse to pay someone to help me in a delve or dungeon as I want to earn any rewards from RNG myself.

I see this happening often with the bats in waterworks in the second big room. They fly to a spot left from the door to the next room and get stuck there without fighting back or evading. Sometimes this is annoying because you need to move the totem again just to kill these silly bats.

Believe it is 28 bountiful delves. It was put in place to keep people with alt army’s from over leveling Brann super-fast therefore negating the content.
Exactly this point.
They should lift this restriction as we go through the season as Brann will not be back and anyone starting late wouldn’t be able to get him to 60.

what Tier are you doing? pretty sure he won’t get XP at certain levels until you do higher tiers.
I’m pretty casual and don’t have an issue with this. Last xpac they used a fully automatic t shirt launcher to beat us to death with gear. (except crafted gear because we need to control how much gear you get). It’s fine. plenty of stuff to do.

The weekly cap on bountifuls that will award XP makes this change extra lame, since you also cannot earn delve season journey progress if Brann earns no XP. At the very least it should be a soft cap where all gains beyond that are much lower, but it shouldn’t be zero.
Overwatch doesn’t tell me “log off and stop, you can’t progress your Battle Pass any further”; I’m free to keep playing and grinding at a longer rate if I want to beyond the daily and weekly challenges.
I get keys are tied to the season journey, but Undercoin income is already pretty garbage so it would have had little effect on early season gearing in the end since Bountifuls are still limited to 4 daily per character.
I’m not logging off, I’m doing something else. I get why you might not like it but, I 've got plenty to do in game and out of game. I’m good.
What exactly have you proven here? You have provided no proof, just complaints from a toon no one can see anything on
