Anyone else not get any of the transmogs when getting "Chromatic Calibration:Ectoplasm" engineering cheeve?

I made all the goggles, got the account wide achievement but didn’t get any of the transmogs.

Yup that’s what happened, 2-3 days later I got it on my mail randomly.
