I made a new DK and went to give him my Headless Horseman’s mount to fly around, and its gone!!
I think until you reach lvl 58 or something around there and finish the starter zone for DK’s you don’t have access to all your mounts. Only the one Arthas has you get.
Later though once you clear the zone, and I think get to lvl 60 and can fly… Then, you will have access to the rest of your mounts and they should be there visible.
Nope, I am missing my Headless Horseman mount on all characters. I was at 63 by the time I finished the DK area. Its not there on any of my toons. I hope they did not remove it from the game!
No, but I’m missing an achievement and associated title. The (now Legacy) level 90 Endless 30 Proving Grounds achievement / Proven Healer title.
It literally reset on me at some point. I noticed early in WoD (I think) when I went in on a character that had done Endless 10 or so and started re-earning Bronze achievements I should have already had. Checked and sure enough my progress on the MoP Endless 30 toon was gone too, along with the title.
Ticketed it multiple times, but GMs said they couldn’t see me earning it in their logs (who knows WHEN it broken, could have been a year ago by that point) so they couldn’t do anything.
Like, I had a screenshot of my character with the title on floating around for the longest time. I know they can’t accept that as proof or anything but it’s just crazy to me that something like that can up and disappear.
By the time I noticed, I wasn’t maining a healer anymore, and I wasn’t going to re-learn just to unlock something I should already have. I’m also technically missing out on an achievement I just can’t get anymore. Not a FoS, but Legacy. Doesn’t matter for score or anything but still frustrating.
So at the end of the day, yeah, totally possible that you got shafted by a database error or something that Blizzard will never own up to because it’s impossible to prove you had what you said you had.
Try typing in different names, than cancelling the search. Sometimes the mounts are hidden, it’s a bug. I’ve lost my Yak a few times, panicked, and did the above to restore it.

Not missing any, my horses are intact.
The only mount in the game that likes to go missing is Invisible’s Reins. GET IT?

Haha yeah this has happened to me before, but with pets.
I do that with pets all the time. LOL

I notice you have already reported this on the Bug Report.
My HHM is still showing and still useable. Check all your filters on your mount tab including Sources to make sure you haven’t unclicked anything.
If it does not appear even then I’d log out completely and relog on and check again. If its still not there, submit a ticket about it.
