I do. Don’t think I can be the only one.
Not Really…
I mean once you figure out how to setup for the weekly stuff you need to get done on one character, the next is cake.
I now have 2 characters with 210 legendaries and I have put in minimal effort.
It is football season, and that takes priority alongside a co-worker’s wife got Covid and so It is just me right now…
That said, I am still capped out this week, and setup nicely for raid next week.
This isn’t even possible yet, from a soul ash stand point…
i meant i have the 210 base… Ground them both out 1 on my mage 1 on my dk… Soul ash is the hold up, but that will be simple next week.
I’m not the best person to ask.
I’m digging the alt thing right now, so I know I’m behind!
Only on gear because I can only do one maybe two dungeons a day. Long work hours & early morning wake ups for work gets a bit annoying when you’re trying to keep up with the rest.
yep. i leveled my warlock to 60, was doing m0s, then realized that… i really just dont like the class. so im leveling my priest instead, and am hopelessly behind.
really depends on your goal and what you are tryijng to accomplish.
Personally I bought the game last friday (not yesterday the friday before) and at 57.5 so far and counting . Enjoying the story and the leveling experience so far.
Yup. It’s my fault though, I can’t stick with one toon. I’m narrowed my choices down to three, but of the two mains, only one is at renown 3 as of this morning.
I only get 1-2 hours a day to play so I’m still playing with the covenants to see which class/covenant feels the most enjoyable.
At this point in the game’s life, there are fewer new players and casuals it seems.
Blizz completely wrecked the class I like to play so yeah I’m behind trying to figure out what to play and hoping it didn’t get hit as well.
LFR is still a long ways away
Oh darling, the feeling you are behind is an illusion blizzard promotes in order to get you to play more often…its a marketing tactic. You could start 6 months from now and within a month be where the majority of people are at…it doesn’t really matter…see those that gear up fast normally it a ceiling and stop playing because bored or play alts. My advice is play at a comfortable pace and enjoy yourself.
There are casuals then there is me. I’m always a day late and a dollar short
you’re not hopelessly behind
shadow’s good legendary isn’t even available yet. at worst you’re two weeks behind people on soul ash. unless you’re chasing CE, it’s irrelevant.
I dont plan to be shadow at 60, I’ll be a healer. And yea, I would have liked to get CE but that opportunity is probably quickly dissolving.
did you raid mythic last tier or the tier before?
sorry i meant more like “top 50 CE”. you’re definitely not so far behind that you cannot get CE this tier, assuming you’re doing everything else right.
was really busy the first week - like full time gaming…
thats about it. only a couple hours a day to stay on top from now on. kinda wish there was more tbh.
i raided mythic a couple expansions ago and am trying to return to that level of raiding after quitting entirely during BFA - joined a guild in pursuit of that shortly before SL dropped. Are you suggesting CE should only be a realistic goal if you’ve raided mythic in the tier or two before, even at the very beginning of a new xpack? Thats a glaring design flaw.
edit: saw your edit. yea, i dont care about top 50. lived that life a decade ago, not looking to revisit it. ![]()
nah, you’re in the same boat as i am. mythic experience from years back isn’t as relevant as we think it should be. if you’re otherwise able to get into a mythic guild and get a raid spot for this tier, i don’t think being behind by two weeks on soul ash is going to sink you.
how’s stormreaver these days? i raided in peachy keen a few years ago.
Wizards are never late. Nor are they ever early. They arrive precisely when they mean to.
