After all the talk about streamers this and streamers that, anyone else kind of curious to join them and see what all the fuss is all about? TBH, I had no idea about streamers before reading these forums.
While there was a huge all out brawl last night on the PvP server that was fun for the time. I’ll still be trying to avoid the more popular streamers if possible. Seems like a few of them like Asmon and Soda are from TX so it would make sense that they will roll on EST server… Only time will tell.
Yep rolling Herod, because people dont want them to roll there so badly so you know they are going to roll there. It’s gonna be hilarous.
Why would Texans roll East Coast?
One thing I miss from the old days was the huge world events. Seems like now people login, push a button and port into an instance, so not a lot of stuff happening in 99.9% of the world.
Yup. There’s a good to fair chance they will end up going Herod to avoid being on the unofficial Brazilian server. Which is hilariously where everyone is going to “avoid the streamers.”
With a small amount of servers, the chance of encountering a streamer is higher, but honestly unless you’re seeking them out or they pull some event in a massively populated area, you’re still not likely to run into them if you’re doing your own thing.
They want to play with some streamers from EU who are going to play on NA so they would pick East coast if that is the case
There is no central server. East or West.
Texas gets slightly better ping on east, due to the locations of the servers.
They’re in the middle. You have a choice of playing with Californians or normal people. Seems like the logical choice.
Which server are they going to play on? Does anyone know? WHEN WILL WE KNOW?
I mean, it doesn’t make a difference you’ll be playing with New Yorkers instead, they are just as bad.
It seems like nobody will know where asmon is playing until launch day, Esfand said asmon might not play on the same server as all of them
They’re smart not to announce what server they’re planning on due to trolling and name picking but like I said both Asmon and Soda are in TX so it’s more likely they will roll on a EST server.
I’d join just to roll a rogue on the server and gank. Thats all.
Everyone complaining about streamers are just being drama queens. Older folks who don’t pay attention to Twitch or the WoW forums will have no clue if a streamer is on their server or not. Their presence will not affect your experience at all.
If anything, on PVP servers there will likely be more organized open world PVP events because of them.
No. Doesn’t sound appealing.
I’m joining a streamer server.
I’ll be multiboxing 20 toons.
I’m going Horde.
I’m not going to worry about the streamers, I’ll play how I choose
