You first hops are awful and just get worse. Call your ISP. 100% either your equipment or ISP.

they reset my connection, looks like it took care of the issues?Less issues but still 1% packet lose on first hop. Regardless its an ISP issue.
I’m over in EU, playing on NA realms.
It started for me about two days ago out of the blue but I seem to be the only one who’s game doesn’t DC as it regularly would.
No one runs in place, I can still interact with the world, use abilities, mount… but I can’t talk. My messages won’t show up.
It’s pretty hard to get a grasp on when it potentially happens because of that. Last thing I need to happen in a dungeon or BG.

110% either your ISP or small chance its your Router / Modem / Network Adaptor.

Been having the same problem the last two days.
Strangely, it seems to affect some characters more than others. I had one toon that would DC every 3-5 seconds while in Stormwind this morning. After a dozen DCs, I got him on a flightpath out of there, and it stopped.
But other times it seems to happen randomly.

How about now? Rerolled to my previous network adapter, didnt disconnect, just ran a dungeon where the DCs seemed to happen most frequently.

would 3 different TVs on either netflix, amazon prime, or youtube tv be causing that while I’ve got the game running as well?
It’s super common for a router to be bottlenecking. Try directly connected to your modem to rule out the ISP and blame the Router etc.

same here i get on stormrage nps ,Wyrmrest nps , my normal server moonguard takes 3 - 5 attempts since event started or a recent patch not sure which . log in stay put a few seconds till server info comes up then a disconnect . once able to on , i get out of a certain area taking a flight path and im usually ok but in the years of playing wow never have i had disconnect issues at all since recently .
