Well, will get a first peek at what Amazon has, or has not, come up with in a few hours. I am not expecting much, I find that the best perspective normally, but from all I have heard I have lowered those expectation a tad more in this case due to a very late major change in design. I am sure it won’t even tickle the wow-killer monster at all but still worth checking out for free since not much else is going on.

I also played the density test and I really really enjoyed the game
It is visually amazing for sure, the game play is really tight if you like the style of combat
I’ll be on it like crazy for the next 10 days

Like I’ve said its too generic high fantasy looking for me but I hope people enjoy it.
Maybe there will be a system or idea worth “borrowing” even.

I’m actually really excited for the new Lord of the Rings MMO, I’m really waiting for more details on that! I believe Amazon is also creating it!

It seems more low, or grounded fantasy to me. I haven’t seen any elves or a lot of magic. It all seems more like an alternate 15-17th century type of deal. I really like the armor designs I’ve seen.

I was hoping their would be races 
I like what I’ve seen in the gameplay trailers. I like action combat, and the storyline seems like a bunch of Conquistadors found a magical island that drives people crazy with eldritch power. And I really dig alternate timeline type stories & I really like grounded, low fantasy, so I’ll definitely be checking out the game & i know my BF is really interested in it aswell. Their guild system seems really interesting too, like militia’s that can take over zones, build stuff & charge taxes for their services. Like your guild setting up an auction house & bank in a zone that didn’t have one, that’s dope.

Yeah, I was trying to convey that as a mythical notion but it was late when I posted and it just didn’t come across as I intended.
I am definitely keeping a cautiously optimistic eye on the development of this game.
The devs, get this, actually listened to feedback from their testers and removed forced PvP. It’s now opt in. It won’t be yet another niche gankfest.
I also like the idea of no classes. Instead of leveling up a class, you level up weapon skills.
Also, no gnomes AFAIK.
It looks very bland to me.

Hopefully it’s good. Shadowlands looks horrible so far. First time I’ve ever been going into a wow expansion with zero hype. I really want another MMO to play
I would love to see a Wheel of Time MMO at some point. I wonder if the upcoming series will build some interest in transforming that IP into a game.

Not hating it at the moment. Kind of an ESO vibe but in a cool, 1600’ish Colonial setting. Crafting is interesting enough to have me actually do it as it is very useful…hmm…I feel there is a lesson in this. Blizz, you up for a suggestion?
