Anyone else here hate Tortollan quests?

I have a few problems with them. Mainly:

There’s only 3 different ones. Guide Loh, help the turtles to the water and matching items. It gets old fast.

The quests are so repetitive and not fun

Whenever there is a Tortollan emissary that day I usually don’t do it. Tortollans were the last rep I got to exalted in BfA.

I like them. Beachhead feels a bit longer than it should, but I like the shell game and Loh. They are a nice break from just killing/collecting things.

They are easy and fast, except the beachead one. We don’t do that one or even talk about it. Its better if We forget that quest ever existed to be honest.

Heck no. It’s nice having a relaxing, can’t possibly lose, set of WQs every once in awhile. And as for rep, there’s contracts, which are depressingly cheap because no one ever buys them (I’m a scribe, I know, sadly).

All wqs are repetitive at this point, but at least they are fast to do.

The only thing I dont like is the shell game last 2 shells dont auto complete. Also perhaps making Loh get more randomized flag locations.

I like the puzzle ones, I hate the beach defense one mostly because of god awful buggy the targeting thing is.

I enjoy the Tortollan quests. They are a breath of fresh air from all the kill/collect quests. Pretty much like the Kirin Tor quests were like in Legion.

I don’t particularly like Beachead, but that’s because I end up buttonmashing most of the time. Wish the spell didn’t do a curve.

Make Loh Go was annoying at first, but I’ve gotten used to it.

I FREAKIN LOVE SHELL GAME. Sometimes I go out of my way just to do it, even when the emissary isn’t up.

I hate the shell game. Forget about the cooldown just lemme spam till I get everything!

I just look for the shell game so I can do it fast. I don’t care to ever save another turtle.

I’ll take these over the Kirin Tor quests of Legion. If I’m going to do these goofy quests, at least I can do the Tortollan without having to move anywhere, like was required with the Kirin Tor.

Beachhead uses cannon mechanics and cannon mechanics are spotty at best, completely broken at worst. Wouldn’t be as bad if they came up with a different mechanic or fixed the existing one. For example, cannons are virtually impossible to aim using laptop trackpad and even when aiming properly (with mouse), the reticle jumps off target or refuses to lock on.

The other two are kind of nice breaks from “go kill X of Y and bring me Z of A.

Make loh go and shell game are fun, beach head on the other hand I avoid like the plague.

Usually close to a flight path, fast and easy, no chance of dying. These are my favorite emissaries. I don’t dislike Beachhead except when I’m looking into the sun and can’t see my target.

Tip for shell game, you can usually see movement from the crabs without turning over the shells.

Once I hit exalted I will probably never do Tortollans again.
