Anyone else having HIGH spikes of World latency lag?

For the pass few days i have been having huge lag spikes. Is it just me or is it anyone else ? is it DDoS’ing ?

Lots of problems everywhere it seems from all the tech ports about lag and latency issues.

Is it possible you could give me a link to some of these issues ? Its been driving me a bit crazy thinking its on my end.
