Anyone else having connection issues?

I keep on getting d/c and I’m just wondering if anyone else is having issues

Can you be more specific? Disconnected right now? Or how often in what time frame? since when?
Reason I am asking: my wife is using the same model computer as I do. She’s getting randomly disconnected about 3 times a day for no apparent reason. It doesn’t happen to me, sitting next to her, connected by cable to the same router.

Nope

Yes, haven’t been able to stay connected all day, log in, play for maybe 5 minutes at most before random dc. Contacted ISP, flushed dns, reset router, reset interface, checked game and computer for errors, nothing works. Finally opened a ticket.

Just adding on to this. Attempted every conceivable suggestion. Still getting issues. Tries other websites, games, platforms, and nothing elsewhere. This is a Blizzard issue. I was only concerned it was just me because the customer support, reddit, and forums, have been a little quiet about it.

Thank you! This has been making me completely crazy today!

I have been trying to Resolve the DC issue for a week now. I get the run around when trying to put in a ticket. Went out and got a new Hard Drive. Put in a hard line instead of my Wifi adapter. Changed the settings on my Killer Network Manager(turned off advanced stream detect) Wiped my entire computer, reinstalled WoW, All drivers ect. Ran a scan and repair/TCP. The Disconnects happen in flight, in BG, In M+. The game is no longer playable for me. I can’t even submit a ticket because I get rerouted to another useless link. With so many people having a DC issue this should be HIGH Priority, I am done wasting my time and money. Error Code: WOW51900319 .

Yay, good to know this happens to more then one person at least and its blizzard not the players. Of course, i dont expect them to do anything, a handful of players getting disconnected isnt an issue until they start getting a massive number of players having the same problem.

I’m having this issue a lot the past few days. Started Monday night running M+ AD, I felt very laggy and it seemed like my heals were delayed or just not casting altogether after I clicked the button to cast them. Other members of the group were reporting they were experiencing issues with latency as well. Since then, I’ve been feeling like there’s random hiccups in my latency even while running around the world space with nobody else nearby, including Zandalar and Kul’tiras, even though I never see my reported latency rise.

Starting Tuesday, Dec. 17, I’ve now seen myself be DCed twice when doing a world quest that causes you to control a different character.

On Tuesday, it was entering Murky’s Egg that caused me to immediately DC to the login screen when I clicked it. No disconnect or slowness on loading any webpages immediately afterwards. Same thing today when doing a Beachhead world quest. The instant I clicked the button to start the quest, I was immediately sent to the login screen with a standard disconnect error. This time, however, when I came back in, I was unable to get any credit for the turtles getting to the water, as though I were in a raid group (I was not, and the most recent group I had been in was a 5-man for M+.)

The latency is one thing, but the disconnects exactly when I phase to a different character make it pretty clear that it’s not just random network hiccups, or congestion. I haven’t been DCed once in this time except when I phase to do one of those type of quests, and both times, it happened so instantly it was jarring, as though I had clicked a “log out” button.

I would be happy to try to get any data on this issue that I can for troubleshooting, as it’s definitely something to do with the client or servers.

I should also note that I logged directly back in without closing the client upon being DCed just now, for the Beachhead quest, which is when I was unable to get credit for any of the turtles making it to the water. Once I closed the client completely and re-opened it, I was able to get credit normally again. When I was DCed yesterday, while doing Murky’s egg, I closed the client immediately upon disconnect to reset my connection, so I never encountered the issue with quest completion.

It is inconceivable that network congestion could result in being unable to get credit for a quest while remaining logged in with 30ms latency, so it really could not be more apparent that this is an issue on Blizzard’s end.

I have been very laggy the last two weeks. up to 30k latency in world and home or both at 30k+ at the same time. Today 12/18/19 can’t even stay logged in for more than a few minutes and im booted back to the login screen. i know its not my internet cuz i restart it and have the same issue. I have a brand new gaming laptop so i know its not my computer…almost makes it not worth playing WoW…

DC’d on Duskwood, twice in 30 seconds. guessing they didn’t feed the hamster again, or Leeroy keep tripping over the cable to get his chicken or something. .-.
