If anyone else is dealing with this I will post it in the Bug forum but I have been noticing that around half the time I am using the Mayhem talent it just doesn’t work. I have noticed in an M+ and gone to training dummies and literally not gotten 1 proc over 15 minutes of spamming single target spells on the cleave dummies. Just seeing if anyone else has noticed this.
nope it procs quite often for me in m+
