I’ve noticed too that this happens with many cloud or swirls - for example it kind of happens with Rashok’s intermission phase in the since that it does lag a tiny bit - but that frame rate drop is nothing compared to the plunge in FPS I face with HoI’s first boss.
Anecdotally - I’ve noticed that in higher Key levels I experience more of an issue. Legit, I have not been able to do anything more than an untimed 16 on any of my toons.
I legit avoid HoI cause I cannot get past the first boss alive (which isn’t good when I only play tanks and healers >.>)
Oh ABSOLUTELY. I was on my warrior doing a +14 and I wanted to SCREAM because the lag was so bad that even though I was watching my debuff section like a hawk I nevertheless kept unknowingly getting puddle stacks and dropping them on top of the boss.
We wiped twice because of this and this issue single-handedly ruined the key timer.
I’m so happy it is not just me - I hope it is checked into - as it stands, I think HoI is unplayable for me past 14s (and even then - that’s pushing it).
Why did they have to kill off the leader of the Dragon Isles’ Titanforged?
They kept the guy who woke up the Aspects alive and seem to be about to revive Tyr himself so why did they have to kill off the leader of the Dragon Isles Titanforged?
