I liked her in Warcraft 3, but the Night Elves in general in WoW got pretty badly defanged.
and Tyrande went down some really bad writing.

Other than for r34 purposes I know no one who is a fan of her.
She was even worse in WC3, random hysteric woman who just yelled at everything.

I like her, alot actually.
Infact, ever since she went crazy she’s much more like herself from WC3. I also liked her when she blew off the Nightborne because she used her head.

With the exception of this, she and Malf were extremely annoying. Terrible writing team for that zone.

She was better in Legion than anywhere else TBH.
She literally chose to do her job and protect everything from crazy Ysera than rescue Malfurion. And she did a great job leading there.
She also was 100% right about the nightborne. Thalyssra is just weak.
It was just one moment of the quest, otherwise she acted just fine at VS.

There’s clues she might end up as a boss in Shadowlands as she thinks the Horde hasn’t answered for Teldrassil.
She’s gone crazy and driving a wedge between her people and the Alliance.

I like her just fine. Wasn’t a fan of how they wrote her in Val’sharah, but a bunch of lore characters got hit by the bad writing bat in WoW.

She’s literally the best Alliance has. An actual Alliance character that wants war in World of WARcraft. I know, the gall of her after - y’know - Horde genocided her entire people, culture and race.

I like Night Elves.
I like Tyrande too.
I am hoping for some great story beats for them in Shadowlands.

I mean she’s not wrong. But she won’t be a boss, we’ll save her from the evil night warrior thing and then everything will go back to forgive the horde bla bla.
She had more fire in her back then, and now we’re seeing that again more recently so I like that. Especially within the Alliance, she and Genn are a good counter-balance to our many leaders who want peace.
We’re just going to pretend that one part of the questline in Val’Sharah didn’t happen.
Tyrande was obnoxious even before that.
To answer OP’s question: I hate Tyrande - most players do.
