4 keys, 4 ratfang toxins.
the odds of this happening are higher than winning the powerball.
wtf blizz.

Game is programmed to make sure you get 6 trinkets in a row before anything else drops.
Could be cloaks too.
Yea, the game hands out a LOT of hot garbage with no dupe protection or at least protection so you get something useful…so they can keep you on the treadmill.
Then they wonder why game participation drops off like a rock when folks get tired of the BS.
This week 6 choices. I had to take the token. First week of new season. Pretty bad. The 558 pce was wrists that drop the cd of your last 3 spells by 3 seconds. yeah no
I got a lot of tier pieces on my characters vaults
Dude! I had like 6 bad trinkets in the vault on Tuesday too. At least had a tier chest piece also.
A little dramatic
Didn’t you know each character gets a random slot roll every week and then 90% of drops that week are for that slot. Where “random” means 75% chance it’s the slot you have the highest level item in. Mine was legs last week on one toon and weapons on another, both of which resulted in no upgrades from S1 items.
P.s. maybe you should but that ticket.
when i get something marginally useful from a vault i know im cooked because every m+ or delve that week will give me an item for that same slot. Never fails.
Sometimes it gives me something I want, other times it doesn’t. Trinkets are very common though, I can say but again thats been my experience, yours may vary from person to person.
I made out like a bandit week 1. Every option was a potential improvement. It was actually kinda annoying. Rngeezus throwing me a bone for the last 20 gd years of screwing me over? Last season in particular…
I’ll prolly never get that lucky again.
The loot gods can sense your fear.
You will only receive good loot when you no longer want it.
It could be RNG (I do recall in a 15-man raid in Legion seeing four of the exact same cloak drop from a single boss), but it could also just be a poorly designed loot table (i.e., not an equal likelihood across all gear slots).
For example, if the M+ pool is predominantly trinkets (because nobody bothered to update the loot table distribution design from their original expansion when pulling old dungeons into the rotation), then even if the RNG works correctly, you’ll get trinkets more often than anything else.
Similarly, if there’s only one 2H strength weapon across all 8 dungeons and only one boss in the Raid, your chances of getting that from the vault are really, really low.
Just made up examples… I haven’t looked at the loot tables for dungeons and raids to quantify disparity (but I did hear complaints that a lot of dungeon loot is crit/mastery and that’s sub-optimal to un-usable for a lot of specs that are receiving that itemization).
I’m almost certain it’s the latter. There’s not enough data for this season yet, but data from last season clearly shows that the delve loot table both from chests and the vault is heavily weighted towards things like trinkets and jewelry. My bet is that they assumed those were the slots people would get the most value out of as a stepping stone to rewards from other content.
Far too many trinkets, especially bad trinkets. There’s too many bad trinkets flooding the loot table. (Mainly talking delve loot for me)
I’m sick of getting 2H weapons for me Holy Spec!
idk, seems to work fine for me, i only do delves and world activity and i always have multiple slots to choose from on those.
not really. how many choices of loot are their? like 70.
so if we have 3 slots. and 4 keys thats 70^7
