Anyone else disappointed at divine arbiter?

  • Divine Arbiter increases the damage of Holystrike abilities by 10% (was 20%) and your abilities that deal Holystrike damage grant you a stack of Divine Arbiter. At 50 stacks you lash out dealing Holystrike damage to your primary target and reduced Holystrike damage to enemies within 8 yards.

Seems boring to me. Looks like a passive wake of ashes baised on the description.

It’ll generate pretty consistently I’d imagine

it goes off almost once a minute. It will probably be worth trying to get to pop when you have wings up so I’m not the most excited for more gimmicky burst. Otherwise its just extra dmg so it isn’t the worst.

Its free added dmg for a talent i was thinking of taking in the first place. it a bit boring but its cool for me. But 500% attack power its quite good tough

What I find a bit annoying tough is Final reckoning passive seem to have been removed and they faked adding it into divine arbiter

It’s kinda looking like holystrike will be a single target build and radiant damage will be an aoe build. I’m interested to see what they add to searing light.

I think it’d feel better if it went off at 25 stacks.

Im kinda mad they removed BoJ from Burning crusade sinse you can make it AoE spell

They removed it from the Holy Strike build too. It now just deal pure Holy damage (with a talent).

they made expurg deal radiant dmg baseline. But yea I would have like BoJ to stay as a part of burning crusade.

Not a fan of the talent at all in this state.

These kinds of buffs are annoying to track, hard to notice and typically do not feel satisfying when they proc.

Can someone help me understand how this would feel like having a physical presence with this or how this feels like a divine arbiter?

Still disoppointed with this.

Yeah I thought Blizzard said the moving away from this kind of thing. Because all its going to lead to is one shotting people or enormous damage within a few GCDs destroying them.
