the quest giver doesnt have the quest for me but i did all the other stuff.

I am having the same issue, trying to finish the lore of dragonflight achievement and this is the last one in thaldraszus i need.

i also cant start this final questline to finish the Loremaster cheev

guys go to 44,80 in southwest Thaldraszus, there is a quest to pick up starting on a rock there, you’ll be able to start the misty vale storyline.

You have to complete the first part of the thaldrazus campaign (Valdrakken, City of Dragons) in order for this quest to show up. I didn’t see the quest until the moment I finished that part of the quest line and then the first quest (chaos and commotion) showed up at the same guy you finish the first campaign section at.

Quest never showed up for me in the city, id finished every quest before it. See my post above for how i was able to start the misty vale questline. It may help others.

Follow the Thaldraszus main story… and eventually you will unlock it. It’s just before you unlocked the questline The Flow of Time. If u have already unlocked the flow of time … then I dont know… unless you are on an alt… then u MUST redo the MSQ… it will not carry over to your alt. Hope this helps!
