I was excited about void elves initially and unlocked them. Their racial that turns you into a little blue splat every time it procs is hideous. It’s okay on shadow priests, I guess… the rest of the classes it’s really ugly IMO. Haven’t seen it mentioned much before. Anyone else hate it as much as I do? Wish we could turn it off or something… then I’d play one.

I have two 120 Ren’dorei, Also hate the turning blue also hate the tentacles and hair styles, feels like Im playing toon that hasn’t taken a bath in a few years, so I dont play them much anymore. Hoping more options come out for them.

some of the artwork Ive seen for them with the ol Donna Troy space effect, or Alleria’s appearance is really nice.
The one they gave the players is… tolerable…
I absolutely hate the tendril hair. The effect on them is also horrible.
Hoping Shadow Lands cosmetics gives us some better options…
Seriously, what developer thought Tendrils in the hair was a good idea??
I want a ponytail WITHOUT a head tendril sticking through it and a lightshow going on. That would be nice.

I leveled one, got bored quickly - but yeah it felt odd and looked ugly. Different story if they were like Alleria with a normal skin tone that turned blue. Being blue, then darker blue, wasn’t my thing so I race changed lol.

(Query): What’s racist about not liking tentacles or greasy/drowned looking hair, or a blue overlay effect that, honestly, does not work with most armor in the game?
(Commentary): I think it’s a legitimate bit of feedback to give, to ask for the option to have more aesthetic options that one find’s pleasing. I don’t think there’s anything racist about it, and honestly, using the racism card on something as mundane as this comes off as a puerile attempt to dissuade people from wanting something they want by making them feel bad about themselves. I also think using the racism card on something like a video game is a bit of a red flag unless it’s literally using real world parallels of racist organizations, parties, slogans, hate speech, and the like.

I simply wear bright and revealing clothing (Primarily Warm Colors) to bring contrast to the Racial’s aesthetic.
I think if the Hair colour could be light blue or really white or light purple … could be really cool 
Ill probably race change one of mine and keep the other in case things change with the cosmetics.
