They dont actauly modify crit % or cooldown.

Thief’s bargain hasn’t worked with vanish since the start of the xpac. There are countless posts reporting it on the bug forums and blizzard has ignored them all. They’re taking our money and giving us a broken product and ignoring us when we complain. It’s sad that they’re getting away with it but as long as they keep making money without consequences we can probably expect that many things will remain broken for a long time. So if it doesn’t affect your enjoyment of the game keep playing and if it does best thing to do is unsubscribe.

Not surprised, they’ve been dodging their responsibility of fixing class and spec bugs since DF launched.
It’s honestly kind of pathetic, this is something I would expect from some lesser MMORPG like DCUO.

Yeah the talents, the UI and the addons are all in really bad shape right now. Im aware of 5 bugs in my rogue tree, a racial bug, several add on bugs , a freezing UI bug and thats just of the top of my head.
I think Blizzard has just given up? I dont ever remember it this bad so far into an expansion.
