Anyone actually unsubbing?

Loot is def a pretty big topic that constantly keeps coming up. A couple of my friends only log in to raid has been saying it’s just too much.

You can actually have them put a pause on the subscription I believe, so that it stops using the time. You can then I believe leave and come back and have them remove the pause on the account.

Something to consider if your just not interested right now and it leaves you an option to come back in a patch or two.

Really? Cause I’ve never heard of that.

Honestly, I might… I haven’t decided but I no longer have the desire to log in and play. For those that are having fun and/or a blast, I’m actually happy for them that they’ve found something they enjoy. <3

I guess me?

No reason to renew, this expansion just has no sticky power on me this time around.

Sitting at 6 days left with no desire to log in and do chores.

Normally I’d be doing Mythics at this point, but poor class balance and forced covenant abilities pretty much destroyed any interest I had.

I’ve cancelled auto-renew. I’ll decide whether I want to continue on the day this month’s sub expires.

I have no particular beef… other than I’m just not engaged in WoW as much anymore.

I want to unlock races but I’m hitting a hard point with the squish and scaling along with difficulty finding groups to complete. Kind of a downer but after being gone since wrath it’s seems to fit with what most folks I used to play with telling me, lack of attention to casual play. It may lead me to quit.

I remember somebody saying it at one point, can’t remember if it was a former guildie or on the forums.

Contact accounts and ask them, it can’t hurt. They’d be smart to let you, a player with paused account time is a possible returning player. Making you hold to the 6 months - ensures you don’t renew and leaves you with no motivation to return ever again.

There’s a lot i dislike right now, but not unsubbing just yet. But my history with wow is somewhat sketchy, there was a point i didnt log into WoW for a 3 year span (all the while remaining subbed and taking hits on the credit card) not because i didnt like it, but because i simply lost interest in playing it.

Yeah already getting burned out by lack of loot so most likely to the end of this month.

As much as I love the lore of this universe and there’s a whole load of things that I want to do in game, I’m just not feeling the urge to log in. I don’t really raid anymore and Mythics are fun but I’m more of a Diablo/PoE grind type of player. Either that or I’ll jump back into some Satisfactory.

For as many hours as I have in the game, there’s just something missing that is preventing me from being hooked. Maybe it’s just having played since release.

I’ll pop back in from time to time though. There’s just nothing that is justifying the subscription when there’s so many other games out there to play for free after the initial purchase.

I haven’t unsubbed since the end of MoP.

Yeah, I did. Just not interested at the moment. Maybe, in 9.2, I’ll come back for a few months so my story isn’t gated. I just want to see what happens, really. Maybe having all systems and 9.2 boosts will make it fun for a while. I’m just having fun with other things right now.

Most fun I’ve had in many expansions, well worth the 6mth sub and having it renew, plus having so much time due to pandemic

If it weren’t for my husband wanting to level with me (he’s “meh” on the content too, but doesn’t have time or desire to start another mediocre MMORPG right now), I wouldn’t be subbing. There are far more interesting games to play, old and new. But I’m here to make him happy on weekends playing a little WoW.

I have. Sub runs out February. Gave them the reasons why in the form as well.
My bad for buying a 6 month sub.
I haven’t logged into the world in weeks. I keep wanting to, I just…don’t.

It could also just be IRL stuff. COVID hit which gave people a lot of free time. Now people are getting jobs back, vaccines are going out, and people are running out of money. Some places are locking down again so you may see more play time from them but less from others.

I myself am starting a new job at a hospital directly dealing with covid patients so my play time is going to go from 3-4 hours a day to 1 hour if eevn at all.

I won’t unsub but I also won’t play often. Level 2 to 60, working on this one and I haven’t actually logged in for 5 days now.

They report play time. I will keep mine low now . It will have zero impact but at least I can do other things in the meantime.

My sub is up in mid February and I haven’t decided if I’m renewing. I think more than anything I’m just not having fun like I used to.
