Is there any working meter, I can’t find one?
There is a beta for details that works. Can find it by searching for “details Shadowlands.”
It is a little buggy though, thus the beta disclaimer.
I want to say that skada has a working version too but I’ve not personally used it.
Skada works
Recount was working for me.
Recount works as of this morning that I’m aware of.
I hardly look at damage meter in retail compared to threat meter in classic.
Recount is not at all accurate nor even precise when comparing with others using it.
Use details and at a minimum skada.
Does your ventrillo also work?
Jokes aside, details has a beta version out right now that functions
great input thank you
You’re welcome. Your words means a lot to me.
You can get a working version of details from the Details! discord. It’s been available since at least yesterday morning.
Really don’t care. Details has way too much crap to configure and I don’t feel like configuring every little detail. Recount is ez pz simplistic.
There is no standard damage meter, so until the mass community comes together to decide on one, then mine is as incorrect as yours.
Recount kept showing me pie charts of damage breakdown. I like bars instead. So I use Details.
No, but my Battlegroundstarget always has.
Skada + a new Details for Shadowlands
Skada is working
What the hell is even hard to setup about it. You click all the okay buttons have the window frame and then right click to show all categories. Then click damage (top left categories). Put it in an empty spot on the ui and call it day. This isn’t like making a weakaura from scratch.
Skada ftw!
I hope this is a joke. Details has to be one of the absolute easiest addons to just install and start using.
At least Details agrees with itself. If two people in the same group are using Details and they both agree, meanwhile Recount has different numbers for everybody in the group…which should you trust more?
This big time. An addon (aka tool) that has a low degree of precision (consistency of results) is a worthless tool. At least in the case of high precision you can change/fix detection to get better accuracy (closeness to true value).
