Any word on BlizzCon 2025?

Has anyone heard anything yet about if BlizzCon 2025 is going to happen? Should we expect news of this soon as we approach the end of 2024?

I’d like to attend again and meet up with my guildies and other gamers from the WoW community.

I thought you might be talking about this years one and had gotten the year wrong but I am assuming you know there isn’t one for 2024 and are asking about the next one.

They posted about this years Blizzcon on 4/25/2024 so I am going to guess that you won’t hear anything about 2025 till somewhere around that date in 2025. Nothing official has been mentioned as far as I know.

No rumors or nothing yet? Got it, I’ll check for info closer to November of next year.

Doesn’t have a big enough RoI, therefore it is no longer a priority.

I think Blizzcon is dead. Blizz doesn’t want anymore “You think you do but you don’t” and “Don’t you have phones?” moments.

Pretty sure BlizzCon is defunct now. Too much cost for very little gain.

The last Blizzcon didn’t sell out, not worth the cost.

I think WoW 2 gets announced next year so maybe

They usually make announcements on Blizzcon around April/early May for that year, so I’d expect something around then in 2025.

I wouldn’t expect any news until March-May sometime next year.

I was there, it may not have “sold out” but it was definitely overcrowded and oversold.

Sad to say from how crazy things are going lately I don’t think they’ll host a Blizzcon next year as it’d be nothing but them being screamed at by people for dropping the ball. I could be wrong though but try not to get your hopes up too high for it

Nah, that stuff was too expensive. I got a hoodie, a toque, a lanyard and something else I’m forgetting.

Lots of cool merch, just not worth the price tag.
