I had internet issues last night and didn’t get a chance to turn in my last bunch before the expansion. The NPCs seem to have left the Argent Tournament and stormwind gate.

Not after the event ended.
I think in the latest patch notes they said they moved the vendor to the tent with the other argent crusade vendors.
Not sure if they’d still have the turn in quests or not.
He has two locations, one is in the tent where the Crusader’s Quartermaster is @ the tourney grounds, and a carbon copy of himself at his old location @ the Argent Vanguard. Both sell the gear, toy, and pet via the argent commendations, neither accept scourgestones to exchange for argent commendations.
In my opinion, that exchange needs to be allowed for at least a day, unless the scourgestones are going to be allowed to be exchanged for another currency, or there’s another event that will accept them as trade.
This character is sitting on 1000+ stones.

I understand why Blizz wants to stop the scourgestone farming with the xpac; However, I purposely logged in before 6pm est to turn all of mine in and the quest giver was already gone. I have about 14 toons with these in their bags now. Some have thousands. I get that they want to stop the acquisition of the scourgestones but at least allow us to turn them in for something! We spent hours farming them. Come on Blizz!! At a minimum, convert them to some currency.

Yes, he’s in there (the tent west of the tournament grounds, not the tent with faction vendors). However, as mentioned above, he will only sell you stuff for argent commendations you already have. As far as I can tell, there’s no way to convert scourgestones into argent commendations.

Why did you accumulate thousands of scourgestones without turning them in and decide to wait up until the expansion launch to try to do that?
I don’t mean it in a rude way, just genuinely curious why you would accumulate so many and not attempt to turn them in until the last minute. Did you not need or want anything from the vendor? And if you didn’t, I guess you really didn’t lose anything?
Sounds like he didn’t have time or want to do the daily that lets you turn them in each day.
Limited time means limited time, snowflake! Just kidding. I wish you could still turn them in.
Blizz did send out a post that the pre-event would end 1 hour before the expansion start.
I still have some scourgestones left in my bank I should have turned in before the event ended. It was a bit frustrating to have to do that daily everyday just to turn them in.
But I got everything from the vendor I wanted and then just decided it wasn’t worth doing the daily anymore to turn the rest I had in.
I guess I just couldn’t imagine putting so much time into it that I would then have thousands on characters and not turn them in. If I have time to put that many hours into farming that much, I would have done that daily for the quick turn-ins instead of waiting right up until the expansion was launching to try to turn in thousands and thousands across 14 characters.
It just seems as if maybe nothing was on the vendor the poster cared enough to get. I myself was really hoping they would add more items the second week, but unfortunately they didn’t.
