Any Way To Send Gold Between Servers?

Other than just buying the token, is there a way to move gold around different servers?

Selling rare pets could work, but nobody is really buying them right now…

Yeah, that’s how I was able to get 30k on this character on a brand new server last year, but I think people are just waiting for the expansion before buying pets.

You could buy those BoA guild tabards from the guild vendor, but they will cost 200g each with only a 66g return on the other server. A quick and easy way to go if you just need a small shot of gold to transmog your heirlooms or whatever, but if you want more hefty chunks, battle pets as folks have suggested already are the way to go.

like the ethereal trader, its wicked expensive but its very hard to find

Check prices of rare battle pets on your server like hatespark and guardian cub… buy pet if the price is around the same and learn pet… go to new server and cage pet… sell pet :3 that’s how I do it anyway.

Thanks for the replies.

Some raiding guilds that sell carries have mentioned that they’ll accept gold from other servers, so I was curious if there was a way they were getting the gold from one server back to theirs. Sounds like they’re probably just buying pets and re-selling them back on their main server.

I’m low on rare pets, so I was hoping there was an alternative (I really don’t want to sell my rocket chicken).

I might just wait to move servers until SL comes out, token prices might increase then.

You usually pay the difference in what it would cost for them to transfer the gold. This is what Midwinter (a top US guild) does.

Battle pets is literally the only way. I suggest putting them up at level 25 and putting them a tad cheaper to convince people to waste their coin.

Isn’t it taxed now so more like 21.50 ?
