Any way to remove sweep timer on abilities?

Whenever I use an ability with a cooldown I get a little sweep timer like a clock hand that spins around and I find it very distracting. Here’s a little video of what I mean: https://gyazo.com/ae1fd7176e13e133e46739b545d174ba

Is there any way to remove that? I turned off all my addons and it’s apparently part of the base UI now. I don’t remember having that when I played in the past. Alternately, is there an addon that will remove it?

No idea what that is, it’s likely being added by an addon or wa. Could try enabling cooldown numbers and see if that replaces it.
