Why is it so tiny? LIke anyway to make it bigger? without the health bar?

Did you try:

Esc > Options > Game > Interface > Nameplates > Larger Nameplates

?

I said the NAME. Not the health bar.

I grabbed this from another site but there’s a character name size slider. This might work for you.
