Leveling an Unholy DK and loving it so far, with that said the spec is a bit much and would appreciate any advice on build and rotation. Thanks in advance!

I did check out PartyWaffles some great content. I just think it will take me some time to really get the spec and rotation down.

Yeah, just hitting dummies until you’re comfy with damage is probably the most important bit.

I am not trying to discourage you but every time I try to make my self learn UH I just log out of the game. Good luck to you and I have reviewed a lot of the content people have directed you towards. Good insight in all of it. I would like to learn it because I also enjoy Blood in PvE I could see myself hard switching to DK full time for all content.

Very true, did a few battlegrounds (only level 39) and did surprisingly well.

I was procrastinating it for the longest time because of all the potential pet/sim binds then realized you don’t need any of those and the spec is now mostly just machine gunning death coils into people.

  1. Apply dot

  2. Press zit application strike

  3. Press zit popping strike

  4. Death coil if blue bar not empty

That is exactly what is roadblocking me. I try to synergize my keybinds by spec (builder,spender,pet control, etc) and the additional keybinds would effect my Blood Play in Dungeons.

I might give it another shot again this afternoon.

Yeah, dreadful isn’t it? :dracthyr_crylaugh: I don’t know, I just have a petattack, petpassive/idle to make it stop hitting something, then gnaw which I press on somebody that’s already on stun dr to interrupt their thing without risking precog.

There can be fun stuff to do with pets but leaving it on passive can make them not attack and putting pet on focus to stop drinks or gnaw the healer or w/e usually feels inefficient.

Just ooga booga wound pop death coil and you’ll have a cozy time for the most part.

I help my M+ healer run all of his alts through TW on my Blood DK. It never fails that we get either a Warrior or a Ret that is all GO GO GO and I will giggle like a 10 year school girl in Discord when I grip the target away from them after then charge/pony to it. I usually just press W and pull everything anyway but I get pleasure out of making them waddle back to the pack while their mobility is on CD. I want to do that in PvP with shadowsteping rogues in EBGs as UH.

I used to play frost and blood, but I want to push rating next season. But yeah I wish they would buff Frost DK.
