Not necessarily undead only, but maybe one with more undead and less crappy elves ya know?
Undead guilds on ED are unfortunately as alive as their members would be, not very.
There have been a few talks about getting something going for the deaders, but I am unsure where that stands at the moment.

Defilers went to WrA since they had a brain disease of some sort, so there is none currently. Though I do share your hatred toward them crappy elves. Actually why don’t you start this undead guild, I’m sure there’s a place for it on ED, and if you need help just ask the community.
Does focusing on killing Undead count?
There are a few. One in particular you should keep your ear to the ground for soon… dramatic posturing
