Any UI recommendations?

I can’t find myself a decent UI…any suggestions on skins or textures?

ElvUI is popular and highly customizable:

This is mostly the only addon I use.
ShestakUI is a modular, lightweight, all-in-one overhaul for the World of Warcraft interface

I move the tool tip just up and to the right of my toon.

There is a bar right above the map and ya map is at bottom.

I personally like GW2 UI. It’s an exact copy of Guild Wars 2’s UI and somewhat customisable. However, if you’re looking for a complete overhaul that gives you total control of pretty much everything, I’d go with ElvUI.
