The quest item drops from the etherals around Seat of the Triumvirate, anyone farmed it? Best locations
I’ve only ever gotten the drop inside the dungeon.

I think if you continue your campaign on Argus it should unlock sometime.

You’re right. The chain starts from a drop from mobs inside the dungeon or outside, in that general area.
From Wowhead : In order to begin the quest line to unlock this transmog set, you need to loot a Glowing Key Fragment off the Shadowguard mobs within the Seat of the Triumvirate dungeon . It has a very low drop rate, thankfully you can farm it on Mythic even if you are locked out for the week since it drops from trash.
UPDATE : Now that the patch has been out for several weeks, many people are reporting they’ve also gotten the Glowing Key Fragment off mobs in the non-instanced version of the Shadowguard Incursion, as well as rare mobs around Mac’aree.
