just curious if any specs have had any luck clearing either of those 2 SOLO? Or if not clear, how many bosses deep into either?

I think I heard they’re going to nerf the BFA raids to be soloable in an upcoming patch but I don’t think we have an ETA on it. It might come around Season 4 or 10.2.7.
None of them are solo able by any spec with todays gear? dang

Nope. Uldir is soloable up to Mythrax. I haven’t tried the others. Mythic still takes forever to do.
I can solo the first boss of mythic Dazar’alor, but I haven’t tried anything beyond that. I’ve heard it’s a rough one.
Ny’alotha is way too hard to solo even if you can it’s not worth the effort they need to apply 1000000x damage done modifier for level 60+
I’ve gotten up to council in dazar alor. Council is probably killable my plan is mostly to save burst for akunda then touch of death, but its really annoying to be hard pacified for 5 minutes while the bosses slowly kill you and one attempt of that was enough. Needed to go brew for gold boss, ww was enough for the first three. going off of heroic rastakhan and further would be a pain due to ccs anyway. Haven’t tried nyloatha since I had a lot of the mogs to begin with, but going off scaling I imagine its tank spec+solo specs like bm and demo lock only for the bosses that are even soloable.
Opulence is the hard-stop for trying to run Mythic Dazaralor with not enough players because it will despawn the adds when it tries swapping you, then it will spawn ultra-buffed and just kill you with an obscene amount of health and damage.

Opulance is soloable. Did it on my prot warrior last week, took over 10 minutes. I ended up just ignoring the adds, and ran around the boss constantly. Was taking quite a bit of damage, but was able to rotate through my defensives pretty easily which made for an easy, albeit boring fight.
On Mythic? I went in on a BDK as a duo and the boss just turned and 4-shot me after it shown up buffed.
Yeah, was definitely on Mythic. Perhaps it bugged out for me, I have no idea. I’ll give it another go after reset.
Arcane Mage can solo Mythic Jaina skip.
Hunter or lock pets can whittle down the cc boss of council. But there’s really no point in soloing mythic bod since you wouldn’t be able to kill Jaina with less than 6 players anyway.
I’m more interested in how anyone is able to solo Oppo or the ship boss. Oppo no sides is brutal on mythic.
480+ and a tank’s sustain does wonders for oppo. Its boring though I think it took like 3-5 minutes last I tried… I think the ship will only be soloable with overgearing damage significanly like a lot of bfa bosses now, just not to the level of ghuun and mythrax.
Oof. That cuts out a lot of people.
Don’t get me started on Mythrax or Ghun. I’m still yet to see a single pug mog run down ghun on mythic. Ever.
I actually recently found ghuun is soloable, but its cursed. You just have to out dps his healing. I think most groups still just give up at the thought of trying to play ball, but Ghuun’s healing is 10% of his max health per second which is signifcant, but so far I’ve beat it on lfr and normal as ww. Haven’t dared do heroic since normal required me to pool cds to first knock him to p3(where with this method he just does p3 from the wall) and then wait 2 minutes of p3 to kill.
Mythrax is comparibly nice, you just have to phase him in 6 seconds… I hope they fix this soon.
