I remember after you max in Shadowlands, you can level your alts by just doing WQs and dungeons. Is there a similar system in TWW?
Thank you

Adventure Mode. Just like in dragonflight, which was like what shadowlands had but better. You still have the option of leveling through world quests and dungeons if you want. But the story quests are also there if you want. In shadowlands it was one or the other.
Whatâs fastest alt leveling method with Adventure Mode?
No idea. I havenât leveled an alt further than 71 yet. So far with him Iâve just done a few world quests and side quests in the isle of dorn and it was super quick though. I checked the time played when i got halfway through level 71 and it was about 10 minutes I think.
I just managed to level my Paladin pretty much exclusively with dungeons.
Took me most of Sunday, but I was also just bumming around half the time.
I would say it was a solid 4-5 hours of dungeon grind. Only questing in between I did was finish the first zones main campaign.
LFD queues were barely 3 mins as DPS. Found it really quick.
I canât speak to the dungeon spam method, as Iâm primarily a solo player.
My experience running 2 characters to 80 so farâŚ
Just doing every quest I came across, along with herbing/mining every convenient node, got me, I wanna say, an average of a level about every hour played. 70-74 was a bit faster, but things slowed down after that so I think it came out to around that average time for me.
(The second character was after the âdifficulty increaseâ, but wasnât really noticeably more difficult. Both characters started at I-level 502 at level 70.)
Of course with a 5% bonus each for the first five characters, that will certainly help.
I just finished the zone quests with my main who is 78 and the screen popped up that adventure mode is on.
How do I turn it on my alts?
So on a fresh alt, you get the option to skip the Dalaran Intro and that puts you at Brannâs Delve HQ.
You are in adventure mode already so everything (except a few lv 80 areas) scale there is nothing to turn on.
You can redo the main story quests, do side quests, world quests, delves, dungeons, pvp etc to level to 80.
Once you are 80 on an alt you go back to Brann and you can skip the remaining (if any) campaign so it auto completes for you bringing you up to the max level campaign.
I did that on a druid today. Tanks queues are instantaneous, like no more than 5 seconds.
That and with what a joke normals are, you can pretty much just run around pushing buttons and be fine, even if you have no clue how to tank or what all your buttons do
Normal dungeons are supposed to be easy. They arenât supposed to be a challenge to the best geared alts of the best players in the game. They arenât supposed to have one shots and wipes if even one player makes a mistake.
And believe it or not, you arenât the only player in the game who knows how to tank.
