Are there any main RP communities for Horde Players on Emerald Dream?Across the realm, there are a lot of different RP guilds and small cliques, but now with communities I am hoping that it will be easier to attend multiple events without having to jump from RP clan to clan to stay updated.
I am returning from a few years break, from a time when having your own lil guild bank was both cool and useful. But now I kind of like my guild names and they have become part of my characters in a way.
Beyond just checking the forums, communities would be a way to see what’s coming up in game.
I initially set up an RP community myself called “In the Shadow of the Banshee” but I cannot seem to join it from any of my alts even with fresh links, so I haven’t fully figured the thing out yet tbh. Maybe its a feature no one really uses. Maybe people just use discord instead.
I use TRP3. on my RP bucket list is to be part of a battle of the Bards (bands) after learning about the musician add-on. Are there any other add-ons worth getting? I used XRP back in the day (same kind of thing as TRP) but I remember you could make items and stuff. maybe that was another add-on.

Welcome back! while we post things on the community calendar, it is not the most used feature in the game for communication between the guilds. The info below (esp. about Horde RP discord) may be of help to you. See you in game!

Both Horde and Alliance have bar nights, and on the first Saturday of the month, the Alliance hosts a convention for people seeking to learn more about the various guilds.

We’ve both. The Discord probably gets the most use. The Community tab can be wonky. I can’t get it to pop up in my feed on half my characters. Discord tends to be more reliable.
