I’m currently in IF, unbooned, and everyone else is getting the Spark of Inspiration but me. I see the RP in chat and everything, and the lightning effect hitting the players when it drops but I never get the buff. Why?

No, i dont have it booned or have a charged boon in my bank. It must be a bug. I finally got it after afk’ing in IF after a hour+, but it has dropped probably 15+ times prior to me getting it.
You have to pay the dev team that RMTs for it.
