Any reason this macro doesn't work in battlegrounds?

I can’t use any of my sigils in any battlegrounds, the keybind it’s on is lit red, when I press it, nothing happens.

Sigil of Flame is a reticle spell, only @cursor and @player are valid targets, or is there some talent that changes it to targeted?

Yeah, there’s a talent in the DH tree that turns it in to a target spell. It eventually started worked a couple games later, don’t know why it was acting up that one game.

Cool, if it can be targeted then your syntax looks good.

I thought that “@arenaN” only worked in arena’s and not battlegrounds. Does it work in BG’s as well?

Just arena afaik

That same talent that changes its targeting parameters overrides the ability on the action bar, presenting problems with macros linking to the overridden ability when you don’t have the talent, or the base ability when you have the talent override. Don’t know how familiar you are with this specific issue or if you know any potential workarounds.
