Wholly is not working with the game current version. I got Quest Completist, but like Wholly/Grail its outdated. I always use a quest tracking addon like these while playing.

too bad someone wouldn’t work with questie to update it for retail. that addon is awesome with classic.
Assuming it gets updated for DF, Azeroth Autopilot (AAP) can be useful for leveling as it will recommend an efficient set of minimal quests to get you to L70. Worth keeping an eye on, but if it’s not updated by DF launch then I guess this was a dead-end recommendation. 
Edit: AAP is dead, but a developer picked up the code base and has updated it for DF under the name Azeroth Autopilot Reloaded.
