In the past I would have a routine of what to recraft and such but now with the competition on a lot of servers, region wide change, crashing prices quickly after launch on a lot of items.
Is anyone still able to craft and post on to the ah and make a good consistent amount of gold?
Seems like I’m all over the place with alt crafters, different servers, and nothing is selling and/or prices are just ridiculously low.
It depends on how much effort you want to put into it. If you just want post and forget level of effort, then I would stick to gathering profs. If you are willing to babysit the AH some (but based on the trade chat comment I’m guessing not?), then you can make some money with tailoring, alchemy, blacksmithing, and inscription on the AH as long as you are properly spec’ed and have the right crafting stats (like multicraft for alchy for example). However, the amount of money you can make via crafting is directly related to how much time you want to put into it, which means posting in trade chat if you want to maximize your profit.
