Barring any unforeseen circumstances and my doctor’s reluctant permission, I will be, and was wondering if it may be possible to meet after and have a mini-WoW Gathering for however long anyone wants to stay?

A quick search tells me even if my knees permitted such an endeavor, it’s likely down in Georgia which is a long way from where I reside.

Well, with your answer, you at least kept the thread alive, my friend. I just checked with a nice lady at The Atlanta Track Club and she says “Bring 'em on!”, so the plan is to get Her… to hand-letter a sign to stick in the ground, welcoming WoW players who have just finished and offering light refreshments.
Just to throw this in, in case it makes a difference — The Peachtree Road Race is the largest 10k in the world, so you’ll be getting props as well as a t-shirt for running it.
Nightsong, of course I’m sorry about your knees, and that I will miss meeting you because of the distance, but it will be great to know that I’ll have you there virtually,

I love watching it, but participating it in THIS heat is just not exactly what I would ever want to do. I wish it was in the fall/spring time but noooooooooo let’s plan it during the absolute WORST time of the year.
