100%, to this day I believe nothing is better after a night of drinking or being sick than a good bowl of Pho.

I’m not a soup guy. I’d need about 900 packs of crackers to eat that. Lol (I’m aware it has noodles, I was made to try it once)

i mean i def could. from what i know about pho is that it just takes a long time to make the broth.

never made it to chef, just line cook at some decent places.

Do you pronounce it like a cringe ignorant foreigner “foe” when you order it or like an enlightened cultured anime enjoyer “fuh” the way it’s actually called??
